Strongid P Horse and Donkey Wormer offers a safe, effective, well accepted and easily administered broad-spectrum anthelmintic, which is indicated for use in the horse and donkey for the control and treatment of adult infections of Large and small strongyles. Strongid uses the active ingredient Pyrantel Embonate to destroy and control adult Large and small Strongyles, Oxyuris. Parascaris and Anoplocephala Perfoliata. Double dose for Tapeworms. Particularly useful on worms with Benzimidazole resistance. Suitable for all equids, including foals over 4 weeks of age. It is a pale yellow to buff paste, containing 43.9% w/w pyrantel embonate in an inert carrier and presented in a disposable plastic syringe/oral doser.

Each syringe treats up to 600kg of bodyweight.

Seems to have worked. But because of the consistency of the paste it came back out of the mouth very easily.

Needs to stay inside the mouth better. Maybe a solution to only squeeze a small amount into the mouth -wait - and then squeeze another amount. Rather than squeezing the complete amount in one go. I will be using it again when required to.
