Some items are subject to a bulky item shipping rate, such as feed and bedding. To calculate the shipping costs, please add all items to your basket, and use our estimate shipping functionality in the basket. These items are exempt from the above shipping rate tables. 

 

 We highly recommend using one of our tracked delivery options available at checkout. You will get guaranteed peace of mind, knowing that your parcel is being tracked from dispatch to point of delivery. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days. Our working days are Monday-Friday. 

Please note, our dispatch time remains the same for each shipping service, the only thing that changes is the delivery time once dispatched.

Please note on deliveries we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. For example delivery companies being delayed due to traffic incidents, breakdowns, misrouted or weather conditions. The delivery service providers we use operate between 8am to 7pm.

  

 

Click & Collect

We do offer a click & collect service. Orders to be collected are subject to our usual processing procedure - most orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed same day and aimed to be available to collect the same working day (subject to stock availability at Wormers-Direct). 

You will be informed when your order is ready to collect via email. Please do not travel to collect until you have received this email.

We are open for collections Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, but collections outside of these hours can be arranged.

 International Delivery Information 

Since Brexit, we are unable to dispatch any horse or pet wormers outside of the UK.

We can occasionally dispatch other items, so please contact us and we will assist if we can. 

 

 

 

 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the item received you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. To request a refund or exchange please in the first instance contact the team info@wormers-direct.co.uk detailing, the order reference, item details and the reason for refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must contact the team within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in an unused state, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please be aware, that the customer is responsible for the secure return of the item, including the cost, and we recommend using a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt. The refund will be made direct to the original payment method used to place the order and will normally be processed within 7 working days. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. If you have paid for outgoing postage, these costs will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns criteria ie. damaged, worn or not packaged correctly. Where we cannot accept a returned item due to condition, we will return the item to the original postage address. Any refused returns items that cannot be accepted to the original postage address will be disposed of by us after 30 days of storage.

PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to accept any licensed medications, such as but not limited to wormers & flea treatments back for a refund or exchange. If you are unsure if you can return your item, please contact us for clarification. 

 

 

Faulty Items

 All our products are inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. Should you receive an item that is damaged or with defects, please refer to our returns instructions for details on how to return an item. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will either replace the item free of charge or process a refund within 7 working days. For a faulty item return we will pay for return postage, please obtain a proof of postage and we will process a refund within 7 working days. 

 This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
