If you use our free postage or pay our standard delivery fee subject to zone area charge. The order will be processed and dispatched through either our Royal Mail service or Eco courier service for larger parcel orders. The eco service is a 2 - 4 working days delivery service subject to zone of delivery and stock availability.

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed same day and aimed to be dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability at Wormers-Direct). Any items dispatched directly from our suppliers may require an extended delivery date, this will be advised at confirmation of order.

The delivery service providers we use operate between 8am to 7pm

Next Working Day Service is available to Zone A & B, subject to stock availability please call 01423 332134 for next day service upgrade. 

The next working day delivery service operates on a courier service system and 1 working day pallet delivery service, orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed and aimed to be dispatched the same working day (subject to being in stock at Green-tech).

Any items dispatched directly from our suppliers may require an extended delivery date, this will be advised at confirmation of order.

Please note on next day deliveries we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. For example delivery companies being delayed due to traffic incidents, breakdowns, misrouted or weather conditions.

European Deliveries 

We are happy to deliver to the EU countries on the map above providing that products are authorised in those countries and that there are no restrictions on obtaining the products you are ordering in your part of the EU. If you use our European postage services the order will be process and sent out through either our Royal Mail service or Parcel Force Eco service for large parcel orders. The standard delivery time for EU deliveries is a 4-10 working days subject to zone of delivery and stock availability.

European Commission website - http://ec.europa.eu/health/documents/community-register/html/index_en.htm This is a list of centrally authorised products, whereby a product is issued with a pan-European authorisation permitting the marketing, sale and supply of the product in all EU MS including the UK.  

“Products may not be dispatched for use in another member State unless the veterinary medicinal product may be lawfully supplied or administered in that member State.”
Therefore we will need to ascertain there are no such restrictions  We will enquire into the local and national regulations pertaining in your part of the EU to confirm that there are no local or national restrictions with regard to the receiving of supply of products from the UK which fall into the category POM-VPS or NFA-VPS.
 
As these products are animal medicines there may be some regulations during transportation that these products get stopped in transit, we need you to take full responsibility for this action. We do everything in our power to make sure these products do reach you. When local conditions allow we send items by European tracking.

Please note that all our products are as pictured and as such the packets are printed in English along with the relevant usage and dosing guidelines. You must be able to understand all such wording before administration.

 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the item received you can return it to us for a refund. We do not currently offer exchanges, where a size exchange is required please make a new order online. To request a refund please in the first instance contact the team office@wormers-direct.co.uk detailing, the order reference, item details and the reason for refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact the team within 30 days of receiving the item, the item must be in an unused state and in the original packaging. Please be aware, that the customer is responsible for the secure return of the item, including the cost, and we recommend using a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt. The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order and will normally be processed within 7 working days. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. If you have paid for outgoing postage, these costs will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns criteria ie. damaged, worn or not packaged correctly. Where we cannot accept a returned item due to condition, we will return the item to the original postage address. Any refused returns items that cannot be accepted to the original postage address will be disposed of by us after 30 days of storage.

PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to accept any licensed medications back for a refund. 

**CHRISTMAS RETURNS**

Any items purchased between the 1st and 24th December 2020 will be eligible for an extended returns policy until the 31st January 2021. Please see returns policy above for details of returning items.

Faulty Items

 All our products are inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. Should you receive an item that is damaged or with defects, please refer to our returns instructions for details on how to return an item. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will either replace the item free of charge or process a refund within 7 working days. For a faulty item return we will pay for return postage, please obtain a proof of postage and we will process a refund within 7 working days. 

 This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
